Every odor has a source. Store-bought sprays and candles cover it up for a day. Our treatments find the source and break odor molecules apart instead of masking them.

Commercial servicesMost "odor removal" in Denver is a carpet cleaner with a can of deodorizer. We're a dedicated odor elimination company. Our technicians are IICRC-certified in Odor Control and Fire & Smoke Restoration, and we use the same equipment restoration contractors use after house fires.
A proven system we've refined over thousands of Denver homes, cars and businesses.
We inspect the space, identify the odor source and contamination level, and give you a firm written quote. Phone and photo quotes available for vehicles and simple jobs.
Odor-causing residue is cleaned or removed: urine-soaked carpet pad, nicotine film on walls, microbial growth, smoke soot on surfaces and inside HVAC.
Ozone, hydroxyl, ClO₂ (chlorine dioxide), enzyme fogging or thermal fogging penetrates drywall, framing, fabrics and ductwork to neutralize what cleaning can't reach.
We ventilate, re-test the air and walk the space with you. Because smell is subjective, we pair objective readings with your own impression before we leave.
Denver's housing stock, climate and lifestyle create a specific mix of odor issues. We've seen all of them.
Visible stains are usually only part of the story. Urine, sweat, spills and moisture soak into carpet pad, mattress foam and cushion cores, which is where lingering odor comes from.

"We bought a house in Park Hill where the previous owners had three cats for 20 years. Two carpet cleaners failed. These guys pulled the pad, sealed the subfloor and ran ozone for a day. Zero smell. I didn't think that was possible."
"I manage 40 units in Capitol Hill and Cheesman Park. Smoke turnovers used to cost me two weeks of vacancy and a repaint. Now it's one call and 48 hours. They've saved me thousands this year alone."
"Our dog got skunked and ran straight into the garage and then the house. Called at 7am, they were here by 10, and by dinner you'd never know. Worth every penny."

Vehicles are $300 – $750. Homes and commercial properties are $1.50 – $2.50 per square foot of treated area. Where you fall in the range depends on odor type, how long it's been there and whether source material (like carpet pad) must be removed. We always give a firm written quote after a free assessment. A vehicle or single room usually takes 4 to 8 hours. Whole-home treatments typically run 24 to 48 hours including ventilation time. Heavy smoke or hoarding situations can take 2 to 4 days. We'll give you a timeline with your quote.
Yes, when done correctly. Ozone is applied only to an unoccupied space. People, pets and plants leave during treatment, and we fully ventilate before anyone returns. Ozone reverts to ordinary oxygen within a few hours and leaves no residue. For spaces that must stay occupied (hotels, offices, nursing facilities), we use hydroxyl generators which are safe to run around people.
Smell is subjective. Two people can walk into the same room and perceive it very differently, depending on their sensitivity, how long they've been in the space, humidity and what they're used to. So we don't rely on a sniff test alone: we re-inspect with UV light, moisture meters and air testing, then walk the space with you and talk through anything you still notice. New sources (a pet re-marking, someone smoking indoors again) will bring odor back.
In most cases, yes. Ozone and hydroxyl treatment plus professional cleaning resolves about 85% of smoke and pet jobs without replacement. Where urine has saturated carpet pad or subfloor, we may recommend replacing the pad and sealing the subfloor, which is still far cheaper than new flooring. We'll tell you honestly during the assessment.
Why enzyme cleaners stop working, how to find hidden urine with a blacklight, and what actually fixes subfloor contamination.
